good idea Peng but like top 3 would get paid so those 2 would have to give their prizemoney to 1st place winner to get into the sat so if that is the case then the 2nd and 3rd place finishers should get a bigger % than everyone else.

You don't think Stars would set up a private sattelite? I honestly don't know, just asking. Doubt they offer it in the options, but an e-mail asking couldn't hurt, especially if it were to be a weekly thing.

its possible Im sure, just gotta tell PS to set it up, etc.

Also 55% would go to the winner and 5% to the other 9 people?

Also gotta get stars to have a 10 person SNG BUT have all 10 of us at the table because if not then it would be 5 handed till one person loses.

55% to the person playing and 5% EACH to the other 9, that part was just a number, we could work it out any way you guys want to. Bigger percentage the higher you finish in the satellite? I just figured the guy playing for hours and being responsible for getting in the money deserved more. If you give even 10% to the 9 other players that only leaves 10% for the winner as well. I am open to any suggestions on that part. Just figured for 20 bucks you have a shot at playing in the $200 game and even if you lose you still have a small stake in it.

I like the #s the way they are... the person playing deserves over half of the money.

You should drop a email to PS to see if we can set this up.

We need to see how much interest there is first, I would say we need exactly 9 or 18 people so we can know for sure how much the entry fee is. I think it would be best if we could do it with 9 players at $28 each for the simple reason that IF the person playing the seat wins a small payout we would have to split a $380 prize 18 ways, but again I am fine with that even, but I would rather do 2 seperate 9 player games than one 18 player game, the difference is $14 entry as compared to $29 so maybe one of each is in order, I am open to ideas for sure.

This is a cool idea. I could easily have Stars set up tourney for us. Everyone could transfer "TalkingPoker" (my "business" account at at Stars) their entry fees, and then I could set up a freeroll for us all with THAT money as the prize money, all going to first, or however we decided to break it down. I could probably even have first prize be the actual entry into the tourney we are playing the satellite for.

That's if we go the satellite route (which I prefer), of course. If we are going the pick a player route, I would vote for Kurn (best player here, IMO), ChipFish or myself. I'm not saying ChipFish and I are #2 and #3 here - I really have no idea - but I think we have more large buy in MTT experience than everyone else. I've actualy backed Chip before, and I back myself all the time.

BTW, if I am not the chosen one or if I don't win the satellite, I'll probably buy in to the tourney and play anyway. Of course, you punks won't have a piece of me if we go that route, and I'll see whoever it is at the final table

They have a 9 player SNG satellite for $29 that doesn't fill up very quickly, I am sure we could organize it so we all got in the same one, the have 2-table game for $14 as well. HOPEFULLY we could wait till one filled up and everyone jump in the new one that shows up, but I'd rather set it up through support than let one person slip past us and of course win.
