Dude... You're missing the point. It's free money - you can not lose! If I rephrased it like this, would you be interested?

"Because I'm a nice guy, I'm going to give you $25. I'll put $20 of it at Noble Poker for you to do with what you choose and the other $5 at Stars for you to do with what you choose."

It's the same thing... except I can't put the money there for you like that, so you put the $20 at Noble first and then I reimburse you at Stars.
