99% a scam....
look at the link address, the number before neteller is the key. Forward to Neteller and email them through their REAL website (or the phone number on their website) to confirm that your account is ok. Paypal seems to take this stuff pretty seriously. I would guess as Neteller becomes more prominent as poker grows, this tye of scam will show up for their account holders as well. ![]() |

Yeah, just forwarded it.
It's a scam. I followed the link to the "confirmation" page they sent me. When I got their, half of the links didn't work on the bottom of the page (i.e. legal terms, security, help, etc.) I then went to the actual Neteller site and those links worked perfectly fine. I hope I can reply to the fake e-mail. I'm gonna send them some gay grandpa movies or maybe some Christian propaganda. Haven't decided yet.

If you logged in to your neteller account then it is a scam, because it says your account is blocked.

I get these scam SPAMs every day. Mostly ebay and PayPal, but also places I don't even have accounts like Washington Mutual.
I would never fall for it (hopefully), but I admit, they look real - everything except for one or two links that either go to some IP address (see above) or or something like that so it even looks real. I have to think this is a VERY successful way of getting people's personal information and then using that to get into their account and causing havoc. |

I'm not sure I would EVER respond to spam. While it might make you feel better, it confirms they have a real address who has looked at their email. You will become a preferred spamee
