I built $25 into $2,000 in about a month....of course I got very lucky and nothing had to do with good play but It is doable. I will start mine later tonight right now in to many tornies at jetset.
Not sure where im gonna play though will keep you all informed. |

Ending Session 1
Current Bankroll: $32.45 Total Hands Played: 37 Only had about 45 minutes to play on my lunch hour.  Oh what could have been during this session... only played 37 hands and got dealt A-A twice, K-K once and Q-Q once.  First time with the As I got busted by a set after a pot size raise pre-flop, thankfully the guy was just about out of $$ so I only lost $4.25 on that hand. Next time with the As (and same with the Qs) I make a pot size pre-flop raise and get no callers. With the Ks I get one caller who promptly folds after the flop (net = $1.10). So, with those four starting hands I lost $2.45.  My best hand came when I held KJo and hit a set of Js on the flop... netted $7.55.By the way, there's no chance I'll be able to play enough hands to come close in this contest, but thought it would be fun to come along for the ride! |
