I know PT is intimidating at first, but log off of TalkingPoker, and load up the PokerTracker forums. () I guarantee you will find all of your answers over there.

I read it somewhere. Anyway for Stars:
First go to Stars itself. You have to go to "options" and select the "instant hand history" option. Select "save hand histories" and pick the folder you want them to go to. Now, on PT, go to Auto-import hand histories (lightning bolt icon) set it up to read from that file you picked them to be stored in and start playing.
