I explained everything to them, including the only theories I could come up with. Here is the response I got, word for word:
Sorry. But it's out of my hands. I'd take Aeq's advice and figure out how you got tracked to another affiliate. You got that code in there somehow. |

I believe you, but I'd still like to hear your theory.

I had a somewhat similar situation when I downloaded NOBLE poker through TP's link... I was using NETSCAPE and I have thus attributed it to that.
I sent them an e-mail that basically said if they didn't put me under the correct affiliate then they could take their site and shove it up their arse. I believe TP had it fixed the next day. I don't think I was signed up under a different affiliate though.... Anyways, I'm going to take a shot at this free $50 offer too, starting right now.

For what it's worth - I had this fixed through their affiliate support, not because of Chip's email. No need to get rude with the normal support staff who have nothing to do with the affiliate program...

Essentially my 'theory' is that perhaps because eejit and I may have signed up through noble, the original site, through different affiliates, that is other than TP. That the noble/titan people are counting our original affiliates as the affiliates for the new titan offer. This could be way off, if someone can post that they signed up through an affiliate other than TP for noble, and then signed up for titan through TP without problems this would obviously be shot.
BTW I appreciate TP's efforts through all of this, he has tried to help me the best that he can I don't blame this on him in any way. |
