Any glitch I've reported has been taken care of very professionally. I got folded out with QQ in a Tourney with an "illegal bet" message when I raised all in. Got refunded at least.
Another thing that has happened is this: Guy in small blind doesn't call, but let's it tick down and time him out. Cards don't get folded and he still gets to play on the flop. I've seen that one a couple times (in a crap ton of hands) and it even happened to me once. I understand about glitches and how, no matter what, they can't be good;however, I can't leave because I make too much money there. PS. Don't know what he did but we all advised him to withdraw that cash immediately and he said he was going to. |

wow. Thats all I can say. I would not play at that site if my life depended on it. I have been playing at quite a number of sites for quite sometime now, and never even come across one glitch as serious as those you mention.
I would get out of that site now, regardless of how much I'm making. For the same small blind glitch to happen more than once is horrible, IMO. |

I’m not doubting the story, but man, that sounds odd. This one hand happened to pay off 10 times what it should? What kind of weird glitch would cause that? And you have to think that even at the sketchiest of sites, they are keeping a daily/hourly tally of the take, and if $360 "goes missing," that’s going to trigger reviews of hand histories, etc.
What did the guy do? Stay at the table, or leave immediately? |
