Tampa Bay/Washington UNDER 6.5 -105

No team in the East has scored less than either TB or Wash (15 goals each) and Tampa is among the stingiest teams in the East giving up only 14 goals in their 6 games. Normally I would be worried about the Caps defense letting in 6 or 7 on thier own and screwing me over but I was 10 rows off the ice last night for the Pens/Ning game and their offense didn't look all that great against possibly the worst defensive team in the East.

Back to back games for the Lightning and some days to rest for the Caps should level the playing field enough to keep this under the number.

Yes and no, I wasn't worried about Tennessee beating me, I was worried Cincy would run out of time before things straightened out. At one point Carson Palmer was 23 of 26 passing for over 200 yards and still the game was tied, WTF is that about?

Charger game just went final as well and didn't have to sweat that one out for a minute.

The UNDER in the TB/Wash NHL game is on thin ice (pun intended) though. 2-2 at the end of the second period. This year the books will credit a goal tot he winning team if the game is decided in overtime OR shoot-out, so if this goes to 3-3 at any point during the 3rd period it's automatically a loss for the UNDER players.

This one has me worried about now.
