I was at McGwires 62nd - that was insane- also the other best memory was this year when we were down by 3 in bottom of 9th and eckstein came up and hit a grand slam to win it. We probably stood clapping for a good 10 minutes after the game was over- Nobody left- that was awesome. And I know it might be tough for us to get to the series- but our offense just caught fire And were at HOME and that is going to be a very scary thing for the Stros , I think we got a good chance of making this miracle comeback.

u dont count 9 hits vs. pettite as good offense ??? Pujols had just one of them - ONE BLAST that saved us - but I dont think he's all we have by any means.

Edmonds and Walker are both pretty banged up but Eckstein is one of those guys that is amazing come crunch time. Im a reds fan but I can def. respect what the cards have done... also the NL Central will be in the WS regardless... so go NL Central. |
