No big problem i guess - but u had a good idea and the idea was getting alot of interest - then somebody suggests (OH NO - $15 more for the buy in) and u JUMP to conclusions rather than expressing ur opinions and say "im out have fun without me" out of nowhere - not necessary

Like i said im not putting $20 into something that might totally bomb, id be happy to help behind the scenes but as for playing I leave that up to you all. Pay $20 and have 4 people show up to the game hardly seems worth it to me. The way people have had such a hard time getting together here in past I wouldnt pay more then $5.

Do you have no conecpt of what brainstorming is? Why are you making a huge deal that you aren't going to be in this league? I don't see 10 posts from anyone else saying that because of ONE PERSON'S SUGGESTION (which is far from set in stone), they won't be in the league, so why do you feel the need to keep saying it over and over again? No one cares and more importantly, we get it already! You're not playing. Ok, fine.

If you feel the need to tell us 10 more times, maybe I could make a new "Brian won't be in the league" thread for you to talk to yourself in, so you don't have to keep cluttering up this one.

Damn.

Exactly. I'm on the same page as JD here.

As for me jumping on you, that was not my intent. I thought it was odd how in the middle of the brainstorming though, when ONE person suggested something other than what you did, you made that abrupt post about leaving. I guess it just reminded me of the other 500 times you've done similar things, hence my "That sounds about right" comment.

Consider it dropped. Back to actual league discussion and less SWAdrama.

Default horse

BB mentioned horse, I think horse tornies are only availible at full tilt. Do they have them possible on stars also? Also if you run them on stars someone like TP will have to set up the tornies because if I remember correctly you have to have a certain # of Player Points to start private tornies. I think most people have the most money in stars so that would be the obvious choice and seems like tornies are easiest to set up there.

TP do you have any problem holding the entry fees until the end of the league?

so what is it w can agree on? I say 20 dollars is fine but lets all come to an agreement.

I like the idea of many different games. I think maybe weshould very the price of some of the buy ins. some five and maybe some 10. Maybe even have soe sort of a main event at 20 dollars. I dont know you tell me. Just a suggestion.

But let me run out of here quick before brianswa comes after me for making a suggestion.

Default point system

what you all think of the point system i posted earlier?

Point System: The point system will be the same as we have used in the previous leagues. It is a simple reverse point system with the top 3 spots earning extra points. Last place earns one point, each place up from last earns another point. The top 3 spots each get additional points (5 for first, 3 for second, 1 for third). Here is an example with 10 players. Your best 6 scores (out of the 7 weeks) will count towards your overall point total.

we need at least like 10 peope to make this point system work.
