You know I'm in for the little mixer at Chez Shabi. I hadn't given it much thought, but now that I'm in the Main Event (I still can't believe it), I'm starting to..... and I think I may go out for the very beginning of the series too. Check the schedule:


I'll definitely be there from July 27 (Media Tourney) - August 10 (Final Table). Holy crap that's a long time! They have FOUR Day 1s scheduled right now! Anyway, depending on how far I make it, I may play in one of two of the add-on tourneys too.

I could go out a couple of days early and play in the $1500 event as a warmup, but I think I'll be getting plenty of poker in the next week (hopefully), so it may be better to rest up.

Instead, what I am thinking is that I could go out TWICE... making my first trip maybe for the June 27th-June 30th tourneys. That's a $1500 NLHE, a $1500 PLHE, a $1500 LHE, and a $2500 6 max NLHE. I won't play in all of those, but I'd like to do the first one (Event #2 - the one Zybomb is going to win) and the 6 max one... If I cash nicely in the first event, I could play the ones in between as well, and if I cash in either of those or the 6 max, hell, maybe I'll make a month and a half out of it and go for the Toyota Points Leaderboard thing Assuming I don't stay for the duration, I could fly home and have nearly a month off before I need to be back for the Main Event.

Just fantacizing now.... but it's fun.
