This is not the same thing.
What this says is: Bet, Raise, Call. Of course the amount of the call includes the raise (you can't call the first bet but not the second), but there is no such thing as this "call and raise" stuff, and all it does is confuse people who are trying to follow the action as it is described... |

Yes bad misuse of the words call and raise; they should never be used together. Thank you for clearing that up. My bad for using those two words together to mean something else.
