Since many or maybe even all of us are party poker players, it'd be nice to have a low limit private table there. Well I just tried and created one. So if your on come to avesterl's .5/1 table at party.(password: talkingpoker) I think this would serve as a good alternative to a chatroom (low limits, so it doesn't have to be that serious).

Table is gone now.
I would assume that the table would remain available as long as there are players seated. This is a nice idea, but I honestly would prefer a multi-tourney at Stars. Kind of keeps everyone on even par with bankroll issues. (I know some players here play the penny antes)
