Default Probably

I would consider doing it also. I could post it on the Blog, and get some interest in TP's site. I bet we could scrape together alot of people. I get about 100 hits a day.. Not a hell of a lot, but nothing to sneeze at either.

Default Yes and No.

Although I would like the idea of more people, I would want the tournament to include just the current TP forum members. I think it's more fun that way, don't you?

I mean, we could all play in an open tournament, and see how we do when all the dust settles... just a thought.

Still kickin it around... I feel like if I set it up thru PokerStars now, then only 10 people would play. LOL.

I agree, but would like to get the people who are on TP's site/forum, who are truly interested in learning to play better poker, and show that by earning TP's bonus by posting here often. If we just wait a bit, til after the holidays, then the bonus will be over, and people from this forum who dont really play online for real money, will have something to play for (and dump all their chips to the better players) in the tournies. And like you said there may only be 10 players who would do now. So any suggestions from anyone on how to make it as good as possible, lets hear em. We can make this top notch. I think the forum/posters here are the best I can find so maybe it will carry over to this.

Default Great idea

I'd definitely play in the tourney... just can't get stars through the firewall that i'm behind now.. anyway I think this is a great idea, and it'd sure add a lot to the "how should I have played this" forum.

E-mail stars Support and they will tell you how to allow them to get through.
I am not very "techy" so I can't explain it, but it's very easy.

Quite simply, it's the best interface I've seen - especially for these private tournaments. Additionally, `Stars support staff is second to none.

i play tons of online poker there interface is blah blah blah. Its only popular because of Chris and Greg. There are TONS of better systems not sure about the support if there support is the best for it thats one thing but there interface is far from grand. But like I said they might be best option if there support is that good ive never spent real money on that system so I really have no opinion there.
