I used to use smoke signals, but I couldn't understand their crazy half-English half-Indian smoke responses. So I've used the button ever since.

Scroll up to my Edited Post. The 'button' doesn't work for me.

LOL. Rook, rook, rook. How in the world...

1. ...Are you playing for REAL MONEY if you don't have a REAL MONEY ACCOUNT?

2. ...Do you expect to CASH OUT for REAL MONEY when you don't have a REAL MONEY account?

They aren't just going to give you someone else's money or Play Money or whatever it is you are trying to do. There are plenty of security reasons for this, that I won't go into here, but trust me - That's not how it works.

Obviously you need to verify your account and become a real money player first.

Please don't tell me you fell for one of those "Free $50" scams instead of signing up for an account under this forum's links. That would make TP sad.

If it sounds too good to be true - guess what? You got it.

No scam. I did sign up with your link TP. Plus an added bonus.
And I've been winning... see. PartyPoker is like the best! I won....'all kinds' in there today.

I just want to take some of it out before I lose it all. And Party won't let me.

Help! Need to find a way to get my money out.

Guess 'neteller' is the way to do it then or will I still not be able to 'cash out'?

Default Huh?

This thread verges on the ridiculous.

How did you get money INTO your account?

Serious online players should have both Netteller and IGM-Pay accounts. Being the paranoid type, I went to the trouble of opening a physical bank account just to link to these, so that my day-to-day bank account wasn't involved in any online poker transactions. ING would work fine as well.

Netteller is good because it is accepted by every major poker site, and is a relatively trusted source for financial transactions.

IGM-Pay is good because it is instant, and there may still be a separate bonus you can with your first IGM deposit.

Either of them will allow to quickly and easily get money into and out of your Party account.

God damnit!

That explains the random cashouts and deposits that are constantly happening in my account! I'm sending out smoke signals on the regular!

How the hell can you "not be a real money player," yet have real money to cash out? Has that been answered yet?

This is the $100,000 play money question.

What I think is even more interesting is if I was getting an error saying something along the lines of: "You can not cash out because you are not a real money player," I would, you know, do whatever it takes to become a real money player. I THINK that requires all of providing them with a name, address and phone number, and maybe making a deposit. I'm not sure.

I would think Rook would have already had to do all of those things in order to be playing there with REAL money... but maybe not. My guess is someone gave her money there and she's now trying to cash it out without giving Party any info, which is of course not going to happen. And I don't blame Party one bit for that.

Rook - how in the world do you expect us to be able to help you out if you won't tell us what's going on?

LOL... I don't really think this is an issue of Cash out METHOD (ie, check, Visa, IGM, Neteller, etc, etc), as much it is an issue of you needing to give Party the information they are asking for that will classify you as a real money player. Until then, consider it play money, because they aren't going to let you have it.

Ok well let me ask you this ok? Remember when there was the free $10 bonus offer? Well, did they bother asking for your info then? No. I don't think so. But if you try to take out the profit you made from it, they want you to make a deposit first. Well, basically same thing applies here.
