i didnt think that nascar was particularly interesting until a few years ago. i find it amusing on tv, but i cant ever see the interest in going to an event, other than the massive tailgating.

NASCAR is the most profitable sport in North America, to which I ask: why? How exciting can it be watching people race a car around an oval track, bumping others in their way and risking their life?
