No, you do not. I like adding little things that make this place even better, so I'm seriously asking for suggestions for anything else people would like to see.
I have a couple of things in the works, but while we were talking about this, I figured why not open it up and see what else people want. |

This is easy to add. I just never turned it on because I don't particularly like it. I like having all my toolbars (editing, smilies, etc) available to me. Of course, I could just ignore it and reply my usual way and those who prefer the quick reply could use it.

quick reply wouldn't be a bad idea. There are often posts that don't require formatting, etc. It will still process smileys if you use the keyboard shortcuts.
How about a smiley showing a finger OTHER than the thumb???
