I mean KQ aint strong. Theres a PF UTG limper, then boobies raise. Id even think about folding this here, or calling, cant raise with it though |

Blinds were going up next hand. I would have had less than 10 BB. I knew he was trying to buy it here, but was willing to go all the way. He figured blinds had shit and my passive ass would get off of most hands. I played pretty tight whole time he definitely should have respected my bet. I'm not bitter, I just think I had a good read here and was just sucked out on. My play was good IMO. Anyone think I was wrong with my read here?

Yes, me for one, TP and Zy will find a way to disagree here but hey, who cares
 1 - blinds are 25/50, no need for rash moves at this stage. 2 - you have K Q off suit. 3 - You flat called from UTG, with this id immediately put you on a decent hand. 4 - Boobie still made a standard raise to 200, 4 xBB. 5 - I dont see how you can still see Boobie is stealing here, theres a limper, and the blinds to act. Thats 3 hands that can do anything. 6- I know Boobie had crap, that isnt the point. My point is how can u know he had crap. You havent suggested any reads on him, you said "he figured the blinds had shit" You cant just figure that. theres 2 hands and your limp call to deal with. If someone makes this play to me in this situation i cant go all in with it. Better spots to come |
