When I whored Bet365, I had no problem getting the bonus. I also found their support to be INCREDIBLY top notch. One phone call and within minutes I was talking to someone who not only (i) I understood, but more importantly (ii) answered my questions and fixed the situation.
(I think it was a deposit issue I was calling about.)

I did this ages ago when i get the emails.
Their support is amazing. I played the hands, went on holiday, got back, i emailed them they said it had ended. So i replied with my username as they requested, as i forgot to send it, and my passcode number thing. They looked at my account, and as im a "loyal" member they would credit my account with the $50  I love the bet365 thang, plus now they have loyalty points, $1 per 100 points, i played some 3/6 there for 2 hours other day, 2 tabling as normal, hello 1,900 points!!! |
