Today finished up sweet. Dropped 95 bets today. So, were' looking at approx 260 bet downswing so far.

On a positive note, I had a hell of a lot of fun talking and whining with JD and Mayhem all night.

Default You are probably sick of advice, but...
Might want to think of doing a 'hit and run' next time you get up early. Sometimes logging a decent winner can do wonders for confidence and your state of mind. If you really have the itch to play still - maybe do a semi-cheap tourney.

Even if its not a big win - its a win.

I wanted to, up $200 early today, but that was only like 400 hands in and I had a lot of free time today, so I wanted to play. 700 hands later and I'm down over $400.

Just this session, I've finally seen it affect my play negatively, where I was timid with a strong hand and missed a bet.
