I'm a relative low-roller. I mostly hit the 4/8 w/ a half-kill, and/or $200 max buy in NL at the Excalibur (reserving the 2/6 limit spread game for drunken doneying), so $400-$500 or so a day is fine for my poker buy in.
Partying in Vegas is expensive. Every nightclub is $20, not counting greasing the doorman if you want the front of the line. Drinks inside are $8 or so. Strip clubs, also $20 to get in, then $20 a dance. Champagne room, god knows how much. Cabs, restaurants, and the Vegas tip-based economy -- it all adds up pretty quickly. That said, it is worth every penny.

The more I win at the tables that day, the better my night is that night

I just spent $9 on a rum and coke at the rumjungle in Mandalay Bay, and it didn't even get me any drunker. So I would say $100 a night when you throw in supper is a comfortable estimate. So what dates are the most TPers going to be in Vegas?

I'm being a serious as I can be here, if you don't believe me that's fine as well. If you guys have access to internet out there I can give you access to the guy who I get my plays for MLB from.
I can tell you how to know which ones I am on and I KNOW I have made money in the sportsbooks. Look at all of my posts in the sports forum and see if I am telling the truth or not. Take a few extra hundred even and use it for $50 plays on the best games and you will have extra to party on at night. You don't have to watch the games, buy the ticket come back when game is over and cash it, go party. Serious offer, if your not interested that's cool too, but it's on the table.
