I'll try to find the HH when I get home, but as I recall, I was in the SB, completed, flopped 2 pair, and won a big pot against TP.

...so what you're saying is, you can only win big hands against yourself?

You know it!

Here's the HH - a fine example of my SB looseness paying off nicely, thanks to NL's implied odds. I can throw away 40 some more SBs in similar situatiuons and still come out ahead.

Here are my stats from today's session... I really didn't tighten up much - I just started tossing a lot more of the speculative hands that I was playing before. My SB requirements were the same - that number is lower because my tables weren't quite as passive as the other day, so it was less often that I wasn't facing a raise.

(And yes, yes - I know - small sample size, blah blah... but some of these numbers are still relevant - just not the ones that deal with $$)

The cards were running more as I would expect them today (average). No HUGE beats, but then again, I don't think I got all in even once, so no huge wins either.

Dropped $1000 in tonight's session. Good old variance - how I did miss you!

Things were back to "normal" - they were hitting all of their draws (chasing without odds) and I couldn't hit any of mine, even when they were literally making bets 10% the size of the pot and I was drawing to a nut flush, etc.

The bad players were out in FORCE tonight, let me tell you.

It's all good though - I knew it was coming. And I don't feel like I was playing badly... the cards were just well below average, mocking me all night long.
