I think the reason the event is paying less for 6th place is this...

Last year... did they pay the same for places 15-18 then 14-10?

this year they are paying 18-10a individual dollar amount as to paying them the same dollar amount so that would leave less money for other places.

Okay, first pseudo-update is in. At 2:12pm, they weren't seated yet but blinds were going to be 1200/2400 with a 300 ante. Let's hope that Mark's on the button and picks up some monster hands QUICK!

I think it is less this year because Harrahs is taking a huge fucking percentage. Something like 8% or so.
