no apparently u need to scan and send them copy of drivers license and all that and can take up to 5 days.

I did a good amount of looking up, and my buddy who bets an insane amount of money on books took a look and it looks 110% legitimate. I'd throw down your money soon if you'll be doing it, they won't be offering this if the line falls much further.
