Here's the personal records.

Lost 200 BBs at 5/10 LHE (half my role at the time) in January, switched to SNGs.

Went 20-20 out of the money in one table SNGs in Febuary, switched to NLHE cash games.

Lost 17 buy-ins at 400 NL, seriously contemplated giving up poker forever. Won Bodog 25K guaranteed a day after peak of losing. Moved up to 600 NL after that, won 30K that month.
