I have no intention of cashing out until 'Stars tells me either I have to, or I can't play there anymore.

Two reasons:

1) I don't have a whole lot of $$$ there, anyway, and

2) If I can keep playing there, I'm sure they'll eventually create a work-around way to get me my money in the event my bank blocks NETeller EFTs.

this isnt happening overnight, the league will be over by the time everything resolves most likley.
