Neteller updates their policy

So far this week I have:

- Sent funds to Neteller from Party Poker.
- Sent funds from Neteller to Ultimate Bet.
- Sent funds to Neteller from my Bank Account. ($100, cheap cheap.)
- Sent funds from Neteller to WPEX. (the $100, to try out the site.)

I somewhat remember "quickly" agreeing to a new TOS policy, but I think I have the option to review it more thoroughly. All of my recent activity has been standard.

Oh, and after 1.5 hours of play at WPEX, I'm already up $45 with ~$5 in rake coming back to me on Monday. The tables dried up, went over to UB and won ~$100 when I FINALLY hit a set and a full house. (Can you believe that??)
