Fair warning:

I have read numerous posts on 2+2 from people who have had their Firepay account frozen and funds confiscated for no apparent reason at all. This was not due to the new law, but has gone on in the past pretty frequently. These were respected posters, not 3-posts adolescents who did things to bring it on themselves.

There has been cases with some substantial amounts of cash taken away with no communication, including them ignoring emails and not working with people to straighten things out. Be careful.
