I like that the UK has drawn up papers and such to promote the UK as a mecca for online gaming, but come on, do you really expect Bush will let that happen? He'll pick up his little phone and be connected to Blair. They'll talk for a few minutes and all of a sudden all that work will disappear. The same thing will happen here in Canada. Harper and Blair and far too deep in Bush's pocket to actually stand up to the man. (Harper more so than Blair)

Actually, I wouldn't worry about that RR... I think the fact that they've only budgeted a very, very small amount to enforce this is proof that Bush probably won't bother with this after the ink dries on his signature.
