I appritiate the help but I know what I do wrong when I do it, I lost alot of it because of missed flops or someone sucking out or like capping with kings and an ace comming on the flop or something along those lines. My roll wasnt big enough to rebuild after losing those kinds of hands thats why im makeing money in the lower limits because I have enough money to rebuild after the crushing blows.

Just stick with the 300 BB rule and you should be able to handle the swings. Drop to 200 then maybe rebuild at the level below?
