It takes about 30 days to get a passport. Just go down to your local Post Office for an application. You will need your birth certificate. The MM $2.5 M is taking place during the PCA on January 6th (despite the fact that when you click on the tourney itself on 'Stars it says the 15th). I got the e-mail from them with the link to book my room and it said arrive on the 4th, check out on the 11th.
