Yeah the game needs to be stated to make the numbers make sense.
Not necessarily the $$ amounds though, that SHOULD not really matter (in real life it probably does though because of human perceptions. i.e. it may be a lot of money, but it is only 3x the BB)
Short table you will be looser than full table.
HU vs any other table
Limit will be different than NL.
