And that's where a guy like you would have the edge. With the blinds not increasing, both players could sit there all day long and wait for the nuts. Eventually, one of them will get bored/frustrated and start shoving his stack around, making 10x BB raises and more. And that's the guy you can beat if you are patient.
Me, I wouldn't touch these either. Now, if they had $1000 ones (for example), they might be worth my time. I just wouldn't have the patience to sit there and play (properly) all day to win $20.
