Watching TP's vidoes is a good start. It explains what number he uses and you can see how he's set them up. The help files actually list what each mean and has a breakdown on how to use them against each style of opponent.

I am having a small problem. I have my interface set up, and it is set up to draw all my data from the instant hh from pokerstars but none of the numbers are displaying on my table and my table is not showing up in my PAHud box. Does anyone know what this problem could be?

Good boy.

Don't be afraid to start with the defaults though and then add to them as you see fit. You don't want to overwhelm yourself right off the bat.
