in the still ongoing 11/11, 1am wpt pca 3rebuy sat on stars:
-get AA, raise approx 5x, get two callers (both total wild fish), boards comes nondescript rainbow Q-small-small, i think of milking this one to the max instead of scaring them off right away so i check, they both check, turn comes another blank, now board is 4 diff suits, all cards spread out, hence no flushes/straights/pairs on board, so i bet small, get called by one of the fish, river comes 4, i bet bare min, fish calls and shows...Q4 for two pair. i muck my aces in delight. ![]() few hands later... -now crippled, get JJ, raise again approx 5x, get 2 callers, one a small stack, the other the exact same Q4 fish from the previous hand, flop comes K-K-small. i bet pot, small stack folds, the wild fish reraises me all-in. at this point, figuring there are only two Ks out there, and this fish has religiously so far played almost all any A hands and bluffing big or drawing out lucky on later streets with them, thinking hes bluffing me out on an A-hi, call. of course, the fish shows K4... end of tourney for me. LOL (p.s.: this is my 4th straight, and counting, tourney today so far ive lost in this/similar manner, ie by 'bad beats' lol) all this once again proves my point that sites are not rigged. its just that overly wild/clueless play increases volatility to the max which contributes to suckouts and such... thats all there is to it. ![]() ok, so heres my first, out of probably many, many more contributions to this subforum. ![]()
