Bodog withdrawals

Can you not withdraw from Bodog via Neteller? I only see the instacheck, and the 2 options for check by mail. WTF? Of course you gotta jump thru hoops first to do this instacheck. I try to click on the bank acct. verification form, and it says I need to be logged in (which of course I am).

Is this only because I have never deposited thru Neteller? Anyone use neteller exclusively at Bodog for both?
